A Split-Level House Set At The Edge Of A Golf Course
This is a residence located on the 13th Beach Golf game Course Estate in Connerwarre, Australia. It's a divide level home with a total surface of 309.5 foursquare meters. Information technology was designed and built past Bespoke Architects in 2022 and there's a lot worth mentioning well-nigh this project. Showtime of all, all the views are beautiful. We're proverb all because the house is facing the sand dunes towards the south, has a courtyard to the east with views towards a tree reserve and also opens upwards to the golf grade while the northern wing is oriented towards the street.
The pattern of the house was in part dictated by the local restrictions which required setbacks on all four sides besides as a express palette of materials used on the outside of the building. In order to follow these guidelines and to also be able to offering their clients the mid-century modern home that they desired, the architects chose to give the business firm a reverse skin and past that we mean that they fabricated the interior walls out of concrete and they covered the outside walls in ash wood.
